The Aug 12, 2026 patch ships the rebirth system that has been teased since launch. Players who can hit Speed 150 now get a doubled mutation chance on Legendary egg hatches, and the 5th and 6th rebirth tiers are now reachable from a single in-game menu.
A new permanent +5% passive income bonus is added to every rebirth tier. This is multiplicative with the existing treadmill boost, so a Speed-150 player can run an estimated 17.5M coins per hour on pure passive income.
The patch also fixes the long-standing bug where carrying more than one egg dropped your Speed by 15% per egg. The new cap is a flat 30% Speed reduction, regardless of how many eggs you carry.
